Vision Landscaping is owned and operated by Andrew J. Majsztrik IV and has been serving Athens Georgia and surrounding areas, including Atlanta, Jefferson, Bogart, Commerce, Alpharetta, Dunwoody, Loganville, Snellville, Tucker, Winder, Auburn, Monore and many more Georgia cites and counties since 2003. Andrew is a licensed landscape architect and has over 21 years of landscaping experience. Vision Landscaping was awarded second place for Best Landscaping Company in the 2005 Athens Georgia Banner-Herald Choice Awards. Our Mission Statement
Vision Landscaping's mission is to fulfill the vision of peaceful, enjoyable and functional outdoor spaces for Georgia. We strive to achieve this mission through the careful selection of plants, soil preparation and creative applications, coupled with expert design and customized service. Our guiding principal is the utilization of environmentally sound landscaping practices that create landscapes which are water-efficient, require lower maintenance and reduce the use of fertilizer and other chemicals.
Our Staff
Andrew Majsztrik, Owner
Andrew has a Masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's of Science from Stockton State University in New Jersey. He is a licensed landscape architect and is a member of both the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and the Georgia Chapter of ASLA. In addition to his academic training, Andrew is certified in pavers and retaining walls and has over 21 years of field experience designing,planting, cultivating, and caring for beautiful gardens.
Brian Dale Ray, RLA
Senior Landscape Architect, Brian Ray has a Master’s of Landscape Architecture (MLA) from the
University of
Georgia , and a Bachelor’s of Landscape Architecture (BLA) from the
University of
Arkansas . He is a Certified Landscape Architect (Virginia), a Member of the American Society of Landscape Architect (ASLA), and a member of the Georgia Chapter of the ASLA. He has over ten years of experience as a landscape architect and planner. That experience includes a wide range of projects from detailed site and landscape designs, site planning, zoning applications, military base planning, and NEPA documentation
Drew Carman, Landscape Designer
Drew has a Masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia as well as a Bachelor's of Arts in Environmental Science from Lawrence University, Appleton, WI. He brings a wide variety of experience to the firm including landscape design, site planning, planting, stormwater management and historic landscape management. Drew is a member of ASLA and is proficient in hand graphics and digital rendering technologies to help make your landscapes a reality.
Mandy Reese, Office Manager
Mandy has been working in the landscaping and swimming pool construction field for over 3 years. As office manager for Vision Landscaping, Mandy deals with every day office issues, account receivables, invoicing & billing and customer satisfaction. Mandy also handles purchase orders, accounts payables and vendor contacts. Any questions, concerns or comments regarding any issue may be directed to Mandy and she will either help you, or direct you to the appropriate VL contact.

Bradley Hix, Intern
Bradley is currently a third year student at the University of Georgia, working on a Landscape Architecture Degree. He is a graduate of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College class of 2005, with a degree in Landscape Design. Bradley is proficient in hand graphics, landscape design and plant materials. After graduation Bradley intends to pursue a career as a licensed Landscape Architect somewhere in the southeast.
